We think not, especially when you consider the emails also mention leaving the "RN" (Royal Navy, which Andrew left in July 2001) and a valet. But here's where it gets truly wild. In an August 2001 email, "A" asks Maxwell, "Have you found me some new inappropriate friends?" He writes from "Balmoral Summer Camp for the Royal Family," complaining about being "totally exhausted" from activities and having to give "The Girls" an early night because it's "getting tiring splitting them up all the time!"
Maxwell, ever the facilitator, apologizes in a separate exchange for only finding "appropriate" friends. How does "A" respond? A single, telling word: "Distraught!" Seriously. Distraught.

The scandal doesn't stop there. Fast forward to early 2002, and we find Maxwell forwarding correspondence about a trip to Peru for "A." The messages, which include a third party named Juan Estoban Ganoza, discuss setting up meetings with "girls." One line from Maxwell's forwarded message is particularly unsettling: "Some sight seeing some 2 legged sight seeing (read intelligent pretty fun and from good families) and he will be very happy."
"A" then replies, "As for girls well I leave that entirely to you and Juan Estoban!" Photos from the time actually show Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor on a visit to Peru. This isn't just a bad look; it's a deeply disturbing insight into the alleged network and what was being arranged.
The Cover-Up Claims: 'Factual Inaccuracies'
As if the emails weren't enough, other documents reveal that US lawyers believed there were "various factual inaccuracies" in Andrew's accounts during their investigation into Epstein. An unnamed New York lawyer even advised the then-southern district of New York attorney Geoff Berman to issue a short statement in response to Andrew's team, rather than trying to "rehash all of the various factual inaccuracies in his account." Berman later publicly accused Andrew of attempting to "falsely portray himself to the public as eager and willing to cooperate."
Met Police Also Investigating Andrew's Actions
And there's more: The Metropolitan Police recently contacted the FBI to inquire about ongoing investigations related to Andrew's links to Epstein. An email from a detective chief inspector revealed they were "reviewing" allegations that Andrew allegedly tried to get information on Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre through his taxpayer-funded protection officers. While the Met later said they wouldn't launch a criminal investigation into *those specific* claims, it highlights the continued scrutiny.
